MediaStream Marks Analyzer is professional tool to watch, detect, log, convert and retransmit different types of ad-insertion marks (cues) contained in live streams

Software works under Microsoft Windows and Intel Processors of last generations.

Key features

Following types of marks can be detected:

  • SCTE-104 in SDI signals
  • SCTE-35 in DVB/ATSC streams
  • DTMF cue-tones in audio streams
  • Arbitrary preset pieces of sounds in audio streams
  • Arbitrary preset images and their rectangular pieces in video streams
  • Arbitrary preset byte-sequences in any stream including X31-technology in teletext used by VIACOM tv-channels

Technical specification

  • physical input – DVB IP Multicast/Unicast UDP/RTP, DVB ASI, DVB S/S2/T/T2/C/C2 , SRT, SD/HD SDI.
  • input streams – descrambled DVB SPTS/MPTS/T2MI up to 120 Mbit, video MPEG-2 (ISO 13818-2, MP@ML) and H.264 (ISO/IEC 14496-10), audio MPEG-1 (ISO 11172-3, Layer I and II), audio AAC, SD- and HD- streams.
  • control capabilities: SNMP traps, custom commands execution, UDP datagrams, GPO.
  • additional user-specified control commands delay
  • Active heartbeat stream UDP-IP/RS-232, reliability statistics: 99,999% uptime.
  • Input stream BISS-descrambling.
  • Configuring: manually, conf-files.
  • SNMP state control.

Notes and requirements

To process DVB IP streams Intel/Broadcom chipset-based NICs are strongly recommended.

To process DVB ASI system requires DekTec or Deltacast PCIe hardware.

To receive DVB-S/S2/T/T2/C/C2, system uses any Windows-compatible hardware interface (BDA).

To capture SDI the system uses Deltacast or Blackmagic Decklink or Dektec devices.

Recommended OS: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC with certain group-policy tuning.
